Questions about billing
What happens when I pass 50,000 documents on Cloud?
Nothing breaks. Overage is billed per document at the rate on your invoice, and the dashboard warns you before you reach the threshold. If overage becomes routine, Enterprise is usually cheaper.
Is the open-source tier really the full product?
Yes. Same parsers, same endpoints, same MCP server, same source we deploy. You are paying for operated infrastructure and a support commitment, not for features held back.
Can I move from Cloud to self-hosted later?
Yes, and the export is not a hostage negotiation. Your documents and parsed output come out through the same API you put them in through, and the self-hosted stack reads the same schema.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Pricing is by document volume. Invite as many people to an organization as you need.
What counts as one document?
One file you submit, however many pages it has. A 40-page bank statement is one document. A bulk zip of 30 statements is 30.
